Creamy Alfredo Sauce

This is a favorite in our house, and I only wish I knew sooner how easy it is to make Alfredo sauce at home. You most likely have the ingredients to be honest. This can be used with pasta, to drizzle on meat, on top of broccoli, you name it. Enjoy!

Easy Alfredo Sauce

Makes enough for a whole pack of noodles

4-5 TBSP butter

2 TBSP all purpose flour

2 TSP minced garlic

1 cup whole milk or heavy cream

1/4 cup Sour cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Whisk together butter, and flour.

Add garlic, salt, & pepper.

Whisk in sour cream and milk.

Turn off heat, whisk in cheese.

If too thick, add some noodle water 🫶🏻
