Homemade Red, White, & Blue Popsicles

Once the heat comes, my boys are ready for popsicle season! But most have so many added terrible ingredients especially the fun themed ones, like red, white, & blue! I love the brand Goodpop at Whole Foods, and thrive market, but nothing beats homemade in the end. These were fairly easy to make! All you need is a popsicle mold, a blender, and a little time to blend, and freeze some layers. My boys ate every last drop, which can be rare for my three year old to finish one completely. I will also link my popsicle mold as well.

Homemade Red, White, & Blue Popsicles

Red layer-

Blend together in a blender

1/2 cup strawberries, frozen, or fresh

1 cup water

2 TBSP honey

Add 2 TBSP to a popsicle mold, and freeze at least 30 minutes.

White Layer-

I used leftover from homemade frozen lemonade!

1 cup ice

1/8-1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup organic condensed milk

OR you could use vanilla yogurt for this layer

Blend, and add to your mold, fill 1/3, freeze.

Blue layer-

1 cup frozen, or fresh blueberries

1/2 cup water

2 TBSP honey

Blend, and add to last part of mold.

Freeze with stick in molds.

Enjoy once frozen!

These would seriously be perfect for Memorial Day weekend, and 4th of July!

I added ours to homemade lemonade, for a patriotic lemonade as well.
