Homemade Bread Bowls!
These turned out simply amazing! They took a few ingredients, and no processed sugar, OR oil. They were so fluffy, and added so much flavor to our soup! The perfect addition to fall.
Homemade Bread Bowls
Makes 8 mini bread bowls
What you need:
2 cups warm water
2 TBSP dry active yeast
2 TBSP Raw Honey
Mix together in small bowl, let sit at least 5 minutes.
In a kitchen aid mixer with paddle mix together
4 cups all purpose flour
1 TBSP salt
Add in
Water and yeast mix
3 TBSP melted butter
Mix until pulls of sides of bowl.
Knead a few minutes, add flour if too sticky.
Add back to bowl, and cover for 20 minutes.
Punch dough down, and divide into 8 equal balls.
Add to lined sheet, and cover 20 minutes.
Heat over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake 15 minutes until golden.
Cut small lid, and remove filling leaving thick walls to hold soup.
I saved the filler for breadcrumbs!
