Baked Beef Gnocchi

Baked Beef Gnocci

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef, my family eats a lot of beef, you could always reduce this to 1 lb

Brown meat, and add seasonings-salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and oregano.

16oz diced tomatoes

1/2 of a jar of marinara sauce

1/2 red onion, chopped

1 package of mini gnocchi, do not cook before, I found this at whole foods

2 large handfuls of baby spinach

8 oz fresh mozzarella

1 cup monterey jack, shredded

What to do:

Grease-I use ghee, a 13X9 casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add tomatoes, and marinara sauce to cooked meat with seasonings.

Add to casserole dish.

Next add the red onion.

Add the gnocchi, and stir in.

Stir in baby spinach.

Top with mozzarella cheese, and Monterey Jack.

Bake until bubbling, and throughly hot, about 25 minutes.
