Sweet Potato Fries!

This is one of my favorite easy sides! The hard part is cutting the sweet potato, I promise, you can do it though! Those suckers are hard to cut! I don’t make these too often, but they taste so good with burgers! Let the burgers cook on the grill, throw these in the oven, and call it a meal!

Sweet Potato Fries

Serving: 2-4

What you need:

1 Large Sweet Potato, washed, peeling optional, we like the peel in our house

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

1/4 Teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper

1/4 Teaspoon Sea salt

1-4- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder

2-3 Tablespoons Butter, melted

Extras: baking sheet and parchment paper

What to do:

1.) Preheat Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.) Cut sweet potato into strips-the thicker you cut, the longer cook time, the skinnier, the less time. I like right in between.

3.) Melt Butter, place fries in medium bowl, cover in butter.

4.) Add Garlic and spices, make sure covered to what desire.

5.) Place on baking sheet, cook about 12 minutes, check and flip, cook another 10, depending on thickness and oven!

6.) Once hot and somewhat soft, enjoy!
